Plan Your Instagram Stories
Instagram recently announced they’re planning to introduce the ability to save a Story as a draft that you can post later.
Right now if you create a Story within Instagram you have to post it immediately which makes it difficult to plan out your stories. This new feature will allow you to manage your content more effectively.
Instagram hasn’t said exactly when the new Stories option will be released, but it’s coming soon. You already have the ability to plan and schedule posts for the Instagram feed within Facebook Creator Studio.
What’s Your Value?
Your value proposition is a way of telling your ideal audience who you are and why you’re great at doing it. So how do you figure out what yours is?
The first step is figuring out who your ideal audience is. If you try to appeal to everyone you will end up reaching no one. What are their pain points and how do you resolve them? Next, what sets you apart from your competition? Be sure to use your voice – meaning words that reflect your values and culture.
Creating your value proposition may seem like a lot of work, but it’s one of the most important parts of your digital marketing strategy. If you are following our Digital Marketing Framework, you already know that this is one of the first steps you should take in order to get results.
Consumers Still Prefer Email!
Have you ever had products that you have looked at online follow you around as you’re web browsing? It’s kind of creepy and most consumers feel the same way.
In a recent study by Cheetah, the consumers polled said they would rather get email offers from brands they trust rather than background tracking and personalized ads chasing them around the web. The report suggests that email could be up to 92% more effective at promoting sales than banner ads, social ads, and organic content.
Your digital marketing should be all about building relationships with your customers, and existing customers are as important if not more important than trying to find new ones.
Picture This!
Having more quality photos on your Google My Business listing helps your organization look better in search results which means more conversions.
Businesses with a lot of photos on their Google listing already see more website click-throughs and requests for directions. But, now Google AI is also beginning to recognize objects in your images.
Google lets you add 360 photos! Think about photos of the things you do every day. Your products, the pictures that customers took of your business, and your other pictures you already posted to social media can also be added to your Google listing.
