Refund Policy
We strive to provide exceptional service, but we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Managed Website Hosting and Recurring Marketing Services: Refunds for monthly/ annual services are not provided after the billing cycle begins. Customers may cancel services for the upcoming billing cycle as outlined in our cancellation policy.
- One-Time Website Development:
- The initial deposit (generally one-third of the total project fee) is non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- Payments for the testing site phase (second installment) are refundable only if the deliverables have not been provided.
- The final installment is non-refundable once the website is live.
- One-Time Projects:
The initial deposit (generally one-half of the total project fee) is non-refundable once the project has commenced.- Payments for the balance are refundable only if the deliverables have not been provided.
- Final payment is non-refundable once deliverables are completed.
Delivery Policy
Since our services are digital, there are no physical shipments. Delivery timelines for digital deliverables are as follows:
- Managed Website Hosting: Services are effective on the go-live date of the website.
- Recurring Marketing Services: Marketing campaigns or deliverables will be initiated within the agreed timeline after payment is received.
- One-Time Website Development and Projects: Deliverables are provided according to the project timeline agreed upon in the contract. Typical timelines include:
- Initial project kickoff: Within 5 business days of the initial payment.
- Testing site delivery: Within the timeframe specified in the project scope.
- Go-live: Upon final approval and payment of the last installment.
Cancellation Policy
- Managed Website Hosting and Recurring Marketing Services: Customers may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
- One-Time Website Development and Projects:
- Customers may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice.
- Refunds for canceled projects will follow the terms outlined in our refund policy.
- Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed and due immediately.
