How to Build Know, Like, and Trust
So, what exactly is the buyer’s journey and why should you care?
The buyer’s journey is the series of actions a person takes when they have a problem or desire that leads to a purchase. We are all researchers and look up information to determine what product or service we want and who we should get it from. You will want to create content that speaks to your customer’s concerns at each stage of the buyers journey so they get to know, like and trust you so they will try and buy from you.
Think about your own behavior as a consumer. Then consider how you might want to do business with your company – is the experience all that it should be?
