WordPress 4.0 has several new and helpful features for working with your media library, and editing your posts. The first thing you’ll notice is the redesigned media library. Pictures are front and center, and you no longer have to page through the items – simply scroll though the pictures. Select a picture to take a look at the improved detail view. You can change anything about the media here, and even play audio video files. Use the arrow keys to move to the details of the next picture. It is now more convenient to edit posts as well. While you scroll down the page, the editing toolbar and publish section now stay visible keeping the tools you need in your reach. When you add embedded media, like a YouTube video, tweet, or SlideShare Presentation, you’ll now see what it looks like before you preview or publish.
